Notifications Not Working

Check your notification settings.

If you're not receiving notifications, you need to check both in-app and device settings.

Check Device Settings

Settings > Notifications > Simo > Allow

Check In-App Settings

Open Simo > Settings > Notifications section.

Check Do Not Disturb

Make sure 'Do Not Disturb' mode is off on your device.

💡Tips

  • Battery optimization may block notifications, add Simo as an exception.
  • Background app refresh must be enabled on some devices.
