Settings > Notifications > Simo > Allow

Check In-App Settings
Open Simo > Settings > Notifications section.

Check Do Not Disturb
Make sure 'Do Not Disturb' mode is off on your device.
💡Tips
- Battery optimization may block notifications, add Simo as an exception.
- Background app refresh must be enabled on some devices.
