Simo Account Deletion Request
Follow the steps below to delete your account and associated data.
Account Deletion Process

Request Form
Fill out the form below with your registered email address.
2.
Email Verification
Click the link sent to your email to verify your request.
3.
90-Day Retention
Due to legal requirements, your data is retained for 90 days. You can cancel your request during this period.
4.
Permanent Deletion
After 90 days, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data to be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- •Profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo)
- •Family members and associated profiles
- •Calendar events and reminders
- •Task lists and notes
- •In-app chat history
- •Preferences and settings
Retention Period
After a deletion request, your data is retained for 90 days. During this period:
- You can cancel your request and recover your account
- Your data will not be actively used
- After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted
Due to legal obligations, some transaction records (billing information, etc.) may be retained for the legally required period.
